“I just moved into the Terava apartments. I'm the first tenant and so far, so very good. The move-in experience was very smooth. The quality of the building and units seems to be very good, which was one of my primary goals when looking for a new place. Note: I can barely hear the construction noise of the OSU Cascades campus outside. On the flip side, the large windows allow me to watch with great interest as the little humans scurry about with their earth moving machines. The building is set up very nicely for remote workers. High-speed Quantum fiber optic internet is available and all units have the hardware built in. You don't need your own modem or wifi router. I'm within walking distance of all the shops, pubs, music, and trails here on the west side of Bend. Maddi, Breann and Sterling have been very helpful and responsive. 🙂👍 I highly recommend you check this complex out.”

“I really enjoy living here! The apartments are new, facilities are top notch, the team is incredibly helpful and pleasant, and the community is alive. The gym is top notch. Grills are awesome. Location is perfect! The team here hosts a community event about once a month. There are dollies for use that make unloading gear super easy. The entire aesthetic of the place is like a mountain adventure (freedom of the hills and Falcon Guides in the hangout area). My only complaints are the AC situation and some of the construction was rushed. The AC is a wall unit in the main room and the bedrooms remain hot all summer. Sometimes too hot to sleep in bedroom. Plus, it's very loud and runs about 50% of the time. Won't be an issue for the winter though! The construction finishes are small but noticeable. Doors don't always close with a good fit, doors can be hard to lock, LED lighting comes loose, exterior door seal has gaps... Stuff like that has all happened in my apartment. It's worth noting they have have made efforts to fix every single one of these very promptly once I mentioned it. Top notch service! Most of it is just minor issues found by the first tenants. All in all, the value of this place far outweighs the cons. Everywhere has hiccups but few shine bright. I highly recommend these Terava apartments in Bend.”

“I'm sure this place is amazing once you actually move in for most people The ONLY reason you only see five star reviews by the way, is because of the following : posted in the entire building, are flyers, that you get a gift card or discount with a five-star review. Paid reviews ruin the free thinking reason for a 5 star review system🥴 I also know of TWO people that have moved in and have moved out very quickly within 2 months, so that's kind of concerning. The application process was slot miscommunication. Will return a voicemail with a email, which is NOT professional. Que BS corporate response”
